Saturday Thoughts

Last night for some reason, the computer wouldn't let me show all my close up   pictures of my goodies.    I thought you might like to see them.  Click on the pics   to get a better view of each goodie.    I'm currently having a nice cup of tea   and I've already started working on the new sock with the Artyarn!  The yarn is soft and super to work with.    I'm using the Generic pattern for the "Your Putting Me On" socks.  Obviously, I'm knitting from the toe up.  And to show you that I really have been knitting all this time here is a pic of the second Opal Rodeo sock.    

Big thunderboomer storm this morning.  We went out to Atlanta Bread Company and had breakfast together.  We woke up to find that the town's local girl who made national headlines was found safe.  The family is well known here.  We know people who are close friends of the family and we know people who were supposed to be in the wedding.  There will need to be alot of healing and ministering that will need to take place for all the people involved.

I've been asked to consider some writing opportunities.  I've responded affirmative to one offer and I'm still thinking about the other two.  Lots to think about in that area.
